I.Y’S AT WORK
Day after day each one of is getting new skills or
adding on the ones already possessed .It is amazing getting to see each one of settled at their work places and doing as their own.
This involves doing what is required of them by following all the rules and regulations that involves time keeping and the dress code.
It is much fun however serious seeing my class mates dressed as real people in that section this includes the Teachers, Receptionists, office workers and those in the construction department.
Each one of us is required to work accordingly to wards our job descriptions which means we work with difference in working hours. Like my first week of work with the Early Adult Hood was not so busy as the schools that we always go to for Bible study and a “WHY WAIT” Programme were doing their mid-term exams. However there was still other work to attend to
and new skills to develop.
What excites me most about the placements we get to work with people that we never have before. We are doing things that we didn’t know that at one point we will be concerned about like working on computers and packing coffee for some one like me who wants to be a Dentist, however it is all good experience for me.
GRAETER THINGS AND PEOPLE ARE YET TO COME OUT OF I.Y.
